We booked for the South Rim Trip for 26th December, (3 persons) about a month in advance and got an email confirmation. This trip was one of major reasons of my visiting Vegas from thousands of miles across the globe.
We reached Vegas on 25th, and as there was NO communication from their side, called them (no reply) and then emailed (no reply).
On the fateful day 26th Dec, reached the pickup point at 6 am (as the confirmatory email said trip will start at 6). Waited on roadside in freezing cold for half an hour and tried calling them repeatedly and finally call was picked up only to be told that they missed us and if we can rush to Treasure Island, they can pick us up there. Got a taxi and rushed to the told place but nobody was there. Again going through the painful procedure of repeated calls, when after half an hour the call was picked and we were told that we have been "ADJUSTED" for next day trip. What, but we are already booked for a show the next day and leaving Vegas on day after. We were told to contact the Manager on email as the attendant was unable to help us.
That followed by a series of one-sided emails and calls that were either not replied or told to email. Thus, we left Vegas without ever going on the trip.
To add salt to injury, I kept on getting automated emails that the company was pleased to have us on board and that we must have enjoyed the trip.
Not only our money got wasted but to date there has NOT BEEN any reply to any of my emails. Not even a word of regret.
This was my worst experience of booking a tour online after years of extensive travelling and had I been a US citizen, I would have sued them. I still am considering all available options as they have not replied to my emails and phone calls.
I would advise all to avoid this company even if they are the last ones left.
