  • Ok, I love this place and I love Eddy! I have found my salon/stylist for as long as they'll have me. After being shell-shocked for over a year from that horrible Supercuts experience I put off cutting my hair for almost a year. And after scoping out my hood, I found Salon Cercone on Ellsworth. Eddy specializes in cutting crazy wavy/curly hair so I'd recommend him for that alone. But also his process: First he explains to you exactly what he's going to do and really listens to everything you want and don't want. And then, he does not make you feel like a dumb bitch for going so long without a haircut instead he empathizes about stupid stylists who don't listen. And THEN he gives you a fabulous haircut and shapes your eyebrows to perfection, and for a really reasonable price, $45 +tip.
