  • Having a toothache is no joke. Having an infected root canal is excruciating!!! I called SDS on Monday, after calling them Thurs and Friday at the Harmon location with no luck, they got me in right away for an emergency root canal. Dr. Vinne Chen is simply AMAZING!! She's intelligent, professional, and compassionate. I cannot say enough about her. Her back staff were also so compassionate. She took the time to call me the very next day to see how I was doing. Victoria was a doll and so sweet. And Sue was caring, attentive, and a joy on the phone. The only minor thing was this was my first time there and my husband came with me...I already felt bad that I was an add on ....but Vanessa??? (I think that is her name)...shortly after we sat down from checking in (mind you I was in pain and on pain meds) an older lady showed up and Vanessa took her voice to an exciting octave and offered this lady some water and/or hot tea and convincing her that the tea was delicious. All I'm saying is if you're going to offer a patient a drink you should offer it to every patient that walks in. I know I know that's minor but that's how I felt. I want to say a sincere and heartfelt "THANK YOU" to the staff and to Dr. Vinne Chen for your incredible and undeniable customer service and patient care. Because of that I am giving SDS a 5 Star review.
