  • I was contacted me after the problems I was having and they gave me a good deal to get it fixed. I had to go to a master stylist to change the look completely, but I think it will look better for me anyway. A bit darker than I anticipated but, I still need to book another appointment to finish the look. But I am happier that this has been fixed. Pat worked hard with me to get things on track. I was misinformed regarding the understudies, the first time I went and had an understudy she was great! (But she had years of experience) I got a different understudy who was still learning. I would always ask before you schedule with one. :)
