  • I visited Charlotte for a conference in 2010, so my friends insisted that I try East Carolina BBQ while I was away. I really enjoyed it, and I appreciated the way that our server took care of us by letting us sample it and sharing his opinions before we made our selection. It's a delightful memory from my trip.
