  • Tom and Shannon have created the absolute dream situation for me. I have been with them for over 4 years now and there has never been a situation (small as they are because the properties are so nice and well maintained) that they have not remedied immediately. Response time is lightening fast, their properties are mind blowingly fabulous(they mix modern with old school ) and they couldn't be any more helpful and caring. I lock myself out and they are there with a key to let me back in. Shannon even drops off holiday notes and treats, seriously tell me a landlord that does that!!!! You can't have my place but I would tell you to jump at a chance to live in one of their rentals. It won't feel like an apartment ...it will feel like HOME
