We received a phone call from the dealership on the Thursday (12/1/2016) at around 11am stating the car was finished and ready to be picked up. My husband and I went to the dealership around 230pm, no sign of our vehicle, but we saw Oscar (salesman) get into a car and drive off. My husband was very upset that they had called us 3 hours prior to tell us the car was done and yet it wasn't back at the dealership when we went there. We were 2 minutes from our house when we received a call from Oscar, he told us he had seen us sitting in the vehicle outside the office and that he was on his way to pick up our car, and that it was now back at his dealership. We turned around and went back to the dealership, exchanged keys and drove off with our vehicle. (Finally!!) Everything that had been promised to be repaired, had been. I am so glad our dealings with this dealership are over, and I am also glad to see that the manager (Steve) is no longer employed with this dealership.
I've increased my rating to 2 stars, just because all the repairs were done, and because Oscar did the best he could with what he had to work with.
