  • My nails look okay, but I am giving this salon one star because I felt so uncomfortable being there. There is a middle aged lady who seems to run the show, probably the boss and owner. She is incredibly unfriendly and rude. I asked for a French manicure, but I wasn't satisfied with how thickly she painted the white tips on, needed a more professional looking nail, so I asked her to fix it. She goes "no. I'm already done." (Keep in mind that this was while I was the only customer in the salon at the time, and it was still an hour before their closing time, so I'm not sure why she was in a rush.) She did fix my nails, but made it VERY clear she was annoyed, her body language made me feel like I was a nuisance. She started speaking to the other employees in another language, and all just STARED at me. I thought this was incredibly rude considering their body language made it obvious they were talking about me. I even gave her a tip anyway and said thank you, and she barely acknowledged this. The other employees seem friendly enough - but this bitchy woman ruins the entire atmosphere.
