How can it continue to get worse month after month. Having gone here for ages you can tell things have changed cook wise. The seafood can go from great to rancid tasting in the same week. Why? The new menu has scallops that are truly dreadful. It takes someone that eats scallops to cook them right I think. Crab stack has more mayonnaise and seasoning to cover any hint of crab flavor. And still steaks 2 out of 3 times we've ordered have been not slightly but very over cooked and dry. I'm not a big fan of the Mexican restaurant next door but go there now for a steak instead when we stay at SAMs. Think I'll try the standard TGIFridays food next time. Probably more consistent anyway. Too bad. Was once a great place to dine.
