  • I was very disappointed and feel misled about my hotel accommodation through Red Carpet VIP. I am not very familiar with Vegas so I was looking for guidance in booking a suite for my bachelorette party. The suite I booked was marketed as the "Elara All Suites Tower at Planet Hollywood". When we went to Planet Hollywood to check in on Saturday we were informed that the Elara is not only not in Planet Hollywood but it is not even affiliated with the hotel at all and that it is in fact an adjacent hotel off of the strip and operated by Marriott. When I called our sales representative I was basically told nothing can be done and the reservation is non-refundable. I would not use them again.
