A little on the pricey side but they are pretty thorough with their cleaning
The guy up front tries to upsell of course but is not too pushy
Tips from one manager to another:
The staff needs a little more organization as far as drying goes. Each car should have 1-2 people clean it instead of 3-4.
I recommend splitting tips per shift rather than per car
Have employees dress interior first then clean the glass/trim/cluster to get any streaks
Have guy up front ask if you need gas while you are there
Leave coupons for oil change/detail with each wash
MARKET. there are always very few cars there which is good for wait times but the place can handle much higher volumes with a little more staff
Overall I'm happy with the job. I'm VERY anal and always do some light touch ups when I get home but thats to be expected with any place
