Deplorable service
iRepair fixed damages from a liquid spill on a new MacBook last year.
Some of the glitches started appearing a few months later. I took it to Apple this time. Technician informed me that the motherboard had been "reconnected in a careless manner" ("sans grand soin"). Because of this they wouldn't fix my computer.
I was able to keep using the computer for a few weeks- and then it died altogether.
Took it to iRepair. They were unable to fix my computer AND they showed a lack of professionalism. I was told repeatedly they would get back to me with news promptly. I was never called. Not once. Not even the time one serious looking guy said "I will call you personally." I kept calling for updates and kept getting "wait and see" type answers. Last I called was a while ago and I don't even dare call back for fear of poor news.
