  • Two stars because they're tax free and on base, woohoo! No more stars because service is always slow! Regardless of whether or not there are other patrons...the employees are quite sluggish at making drinks. Usually, they're too busy talking and gossiping. I've had them make my drink incorrectly twice, even with no other customers around!....
