The first room I was checked into hadn't been cleaned and the toilet hadn't been flushed. (Nothing like being greeted by a fresh deuce.) They moved me to another room on the second floor. The entire corridor stank of marijuana. After 10 minutes the stink was getting into my room and the front desk wouldn't do anything about it. Considering the rooms on this part of the floor were all non smoking they had the authority to ask people to stop. The next room they moved me into was a smoking room. Thankfully the odor wasn't bad and it was the last option. The rooms are dated and half the lights in my bathroom don't work.
After it was all said and done they charged my credit card $75 more than they showed on my bill. I had to fight with them for over a week to try to correct this but in the end I went through my credit card to dispute the charge. What a crappy way to treat a customer. I wouldn't trust these people with my credit card again.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.
