  • Usually the service is fantastic... Today and lately the service is total crap. Bad attitudes ,poor customer service,and just overall just plain rude. They want your money but they don't offer anything but no and negatives. Not really sure who is the manager anymore, but the one young guy whom I guess is in charge is to busy on his phone talking and texting. Simple processes like taking off the artificial nail and keeping your own is unacceptable. They don't care about losing business, so they welcome u to leave if you are not happy. This place now sucks, they way they talk to, at,and about you is astounding. They are worse than no stars. If you choose not to go with their personal choices then the service gets even worse, you truly become not worth their time. Started out great, now going here is just a great disappointment. I gave one star because I had to ...not because they deserved it. This place rates no stars in my book.
