  • I want to share this recent update, which changed my opinion of the company slightly. We found new evidence of termites in the same exact location! A termite tube came through the ceiling just as we had noticed previously. My boyfriend called and we were informed that it could take a couple of months for all termite activity to cease due to the nature of the treatment, but that we should just knock the termite tube down and keep an eye out for any other activity. My update includes this: 1.) We should have been advised that this could happen and 2.) some type of follow up to remove the NEW termite tube and fill the NEW damage to our ceiling should have been included in this service. I suppose I did not realize we'd have to do the finishing touches ourselves.
