  • Been here number of times. I asked several times not very impressed with the customer service. One person did not know what plastic wire ties were or where they were. I had a customer who is an electrician find them for me and help me. Today was there they didn't know what to teak oil was and they didn't know what would cleaner was. Are they training these people? Am I going to have to go to Ace Hardware? At least they know their stuff. I'm taking back a star because now I remember. I asked for the manager. They didn't know how to ask to have him paged.
