What a joke. We placed a special order for $300 special order fan. They called to say it was in. Drove all the way over there to pick it up. We were told they couldn't find it. The employee stated that they probably gave it to someone else because "everyone is ordering that fan". Spoke to John, the manager, and he basically said the same thing. They tried to blame us for waiting a few days to pick it up. No offer of assistance. We have to get a credit and re-order it again. But they strongly suggested we order online because it might happen again.
