  • Bo, the General Manager for Francis and Sons, sent us to this location after we received a very poor detailing job, where basically nothing that had been promised by the salesman at the Peoria location was done. We talked extensively with Chuy, the manager of this location on Thunderbird, and boy did they take care of us, making sure the promises made at the Peoria Ave location were fulfilled. Chuy assured us that they would work on the car until we were satisfied. They ended up working on our car for a day and a half and Melchor did a fantastic job polishing up the headlights, removing the dried up, cracked bra that was stuck to the hood and buffing out many of the scratches on the car. Thank you Bo, Chuy and Melchor! We wish all the locations took as much pride in their work as you do! Now hopefully the money we paid to the location on Peoria for this labor was appropriated to you for having actually having done the job so well!
