  • I come to eos fitness everyday, the time I spend there is by far the best part of my day. I take a bunch of group fitness classes and I would like to share my story about 1 specific class I started taking a little bit more than a month ago. I was a regular at the TTH body pump classes at 5:30 pm. Right before that class, the Forever Fit class takes place. Since body pump is always so busy i made sure to always get there early enough and wait in line staring at the ladies working out at the forever fit class. From behind the glass I couldn't hear what Anna was saying, but her facial expressions and her body language said it all!!! this class looked like so much fun and like there is so much positive energy to share and I thought that even if I am 26 years old, there is nothing that forbids me from being in that room with all these people enjoying Anna's positive energy. So I started coming to Forever Fit, everyone was so welcoming, Anna was soooo encouraging she made me feel so comfortable and happy. I noticed about Anna that she always made sure that every student in her class is happy, she always made announcements asking for feedback and she always asked us to share our feedback/opinions or special requests with her. As hard as it is to please all different kind of personalities, I think Anna is doing a really great job by making sure everyone is happy. She plays songs according to our preferences, even adjust the volume based on what students like, shows us different options in her routines and keep reminding us that we can take it at our own pace and most of all to enjoy our time. I think she is so flexible and she is going the extra mile to make her students happy. I always meet people when I walk around in the gym and I always advise them to come and try Forever Fit. Everyone who has tried it so far tells me at the end of the class how much they enjoyed all the fun in that class and all the positive energy that Anna pumps into the room!! Thanks for offering this class because I love it and I love being part of it, it makes me so happy!!! :D
