  • I was referred through my home warranty for a hot water heater issue... It was an unusual problem with my circulation pump but they continued to follow up and do additional diagnostics until they fixed the problem. Nick, the owner, was pleasant and helpful as well as his son. Fast forward to today, Valentine's Day, and my helpless ass was having some serious problems changing out a toilet wall valve...I called Nick on the holiday and he asked me to send him pictures and then walked me through the solution without costing me a service fee. Total trustworthy customer service. I appreciate it.
