  • I called once upon a time. I wanted broadband. Told the guy I wanted wireless internet for my laptop. The fool started to sign me up for mobile phone service. Because I said the key word "wireless" he said. Never mind all the words around that one like "laptop" "internet" or "broadband". So I was told I had to go to the office to pick up my starter kit or something. I went. It included a cable. For my wireless internet. I demanded a refund, and canceled the "service". Because if it was this hard to even try to get started with these Cox, I couldn't imagine what nits they'd be once I got going as a customer.
