| - I will never rent from Enterprise again.
I booked my rental (Full size SUV) months in advance, including my flight information, time we landed, etc. in the rental form. Information that will help the, right out of college workers, to be prepared on what vehicles they need to have ready and cleaned, and by what time.
So when my family and I arrive at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Sky Harbor Airport, what do we find? A group of 4-5 employees standing there, nothing to do, while over 7 groups of customers waited for their vehicles to be produced at 12:30 in the morning. After waiting for almost an hour, we got our vehicle and it is the biggest piece of crap they could have found. I swear they rented to from Avis around the corner and then, re-rented it to me...
To top it off, we were told they would comp our tank of gas by the "Station Manager" Robert Coffey because of the wait. So when I return the vehicle half full, I am charged for my gas, and still no response to my emails or voice mails to Robert Coffey a week later.
Take it from me, it is worth the extra money to rent from Hertz.
