  • I called trying to set up an appointment first i was asked what insurance I had I told the lady I believe her name was Mildred (not so sure ) and she said ok hold on in a rude manner I was on hold for 10 mins I hung up called back and she answered very rude again saying please hold I decided to wait after being on hold for 20 mins I hang up again and called back this time I got a different lady her name is María Elena she was more nice she asked me to hold I said no I've been on hold for 30 mins she said I'm sorry please hold I have 1 person in front of you surprisingly she came back less than a minute I did not schedule since they were booking pretty far . I know Drs offices get busy and you have to put people on hold sometimes but 30 min hold time just to schedule an appointment is not professional they need to work on their hold times no one wants to be on hold for soo long .
