  • I moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and it's scary trying to find a new doctor. I chose Well Health Women's Speciality Care because my insurance accepted them. The first doctor I went to I wasn't a fan of. She was very rough and didn't seem to care about any of my concerns. I had decided to switch to an IUD and when I called to make the appointment I went out on a limb and asked for a different doctor at the practice. I explained why I didn't like the doctor I originally saw and they suggested Dr. Wrightson. I went in for my appointment and he made me feel so comfortable. Getting an IUD implanted is anything but pleasant .. but he made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I can't imagine anyone being more gentle (considering what I was there for.) Afterwards he took plenty of time to answer questions, etc. I went in today for my yearly "annual exam" and once again saw Dr. Wrightson ... top notch. He was very pleasant, gentle and answered all my questions. His nurse was also very kind. The only negative is that while I only waited in the waiting room for about 5min. I had to sit in the room in only my robe for about 45 min before he came in to see me. I don't really think that deserves losing a star ... as that is how things can go at appointments and I could hear he was very busy seeing other patients.
