  • I've been to this shop 3 times during the last year. The first time was good, second time was better, but the third time was terrible. So, it really depends on who will be working on your car. The first two times I was clearly explained what was going on and why I had to change my power steering fluid for example. A good explanation for what I they say I need is important to me. When they don't do it, it makes me feel like they are incompetent, and don't know what they are talking about. This happened to me yesterday. Anyway, I might go there again for my future oil/filter change and other things again (cause their prices seem to be a bit lower than other shops like Midas), but am not sure if I would really recommend it to other people too. By the way, the no appointment thing is kinda practical, I like it.
