  • The new outlook optical has gone downhill since the owner retired. The help is absolutely rude. The manger yelled at me. The managers son works there and he verbally attacked me on the phone. He then said he's giving the phone to the manager. The manager said the owner retired and she will never be in the store. I told her the male employee was rude to me. She then became hostile and said that is her son. She yelled at me. I told her that is no way to talk to a customer. I have been a customer for many many years. I told her I will be taking my business elsewhere because I refuse to be treated poorly and she should not treat customers rude just because the owner is no longer there. The manager then slammed the phone in my face. I will not go back.
