  • I never write reviews but I just had to this time around! I found my forever-salon. Ask for Hannah because she's a godsend of hair stylists. I got a perm for the first time ever, which is something I've always wanted to get but still can be a nerve wracking hair change. Hannah really knows what she's doing and takes extra care (much more than most stylists) to make sure what you're asking for won't ruin your hair, and that it will suit what your needs are. She knows all about current trends and totally gets what your needs/likes are without you having to go into much detail! She considers the things that you don't (and that's what stylists are supposed to do) and I ended up with hair better than I expected before! And yes, this is a korean hair salon but Hannah speaks fluent English (she moved to Toronto when she was a 1 yr-old baby) so communication is never an issue. The rest of the hair stylists/assistants there also speak decent English, but it seemed like Hannah was the main stylist/owner. And this being a korean salon, it means you'll get the best treatments, best techniques of the moment, and CHEAP hair cuts. Prices will vary depending on what you're doing though (ie. dyeing, treatments, perm, etc.) A good idea to make an appointment before hand tho!
