I'm not sure how these people stay in business when they don't even do their job.
My car wouldn't start one day, so I called my insurance to get it towed. They called Charity Towing and said they would be there in about an hour at 11:36am. I got this nifty link that would show me their progress. At 12:40pm, the link said that my service was complete. Oh, they didn't even call me. No matter. But when I looked in the garage(for some strange reason) at 1:15pm, my car was STILL THERE! I called multiple times with no answer, until finally I get a woman on the line. I tell her I am waiting for a tow. "Oh, the Sonata? I'll let them know." Um ok. I call again at 1:45 to say my car hasn't been towed. The woman says, "Ok they will be there in 15 mins." Ok, finally getting somewhere. 40 mins later, my car IS STILL THERE! Good God, I'm lucky that I was stranded at home and not at a grocery store or the side of the road.
I call my insurance and tell them I've been waiting 4 hours for a tow. The woman says that they didn't have the right type of truck since my car has be towed a certain way. What they had wouldn't have fit in the garage. So....they were never even coming. I don't know why the hell they didn't just tell me that they couldn't do it. The insurance said that someone else was supposed to have been called for me (Don't worry Liberty Mutual; your review is next).
Anyways, if you want to wait for rescue that will never come, be sure to give Charity Towing a call.
