You know it's not a great sign when the chips and salsa aren't very good at a Mexican restaurant. We read the reviews and ratings beforehand and saw mixed reviews from people. I thought people were just complaining! However, my boyfriend and I ordered the fajitas (which we were told by the waitress is popular) and were disappointed. The chicken was chewy and tasted like it came out of a frozen bag and the beans were refried pork beans you'd have at a bbq...I wanted to send my meal back, but I didn't want to be rude. We paid and left hungry. The restaurant is cute and charming and nice looking and I was expecting authentic but got what tasted like a terrible "just add water" meal.
