  • My usual top notch woman doctor lives and works only in Nevada. I had to find a doctor here when I moved to Arizona. After some awful experiences with other clinics I luckily found this safe haven. I hate going to the doctor but from my phone call to schedule an appointment to the end of the check up JoEllen's practice had been nothing short of perfect! I was surprised with how much they CARED! From the SUPER NICE receptionist, the EMPATHETIC NICEST nurse ever, and JoEllen herself, I was honestly shocked!!! They really care about their patients and do things right! Just note that yes, Dr. JoEllen is a doctor. Doctors are scientists and it was refreshing to see her work and be her client because she really gets all of the facts and takes the time to understand YOU! So yes, your appointment will take quite some time but they do the most thorough job I have ever experienced with the patient history and exam. I've never had an experience like this at a Doctor's office ever! Everyone was so nice and they worked as a team to help me! They treat you like a PERSON here and not just another number. It seriously made me cry. I will always come here for all of my future check ups.
