rev:text	I seriously hate this store. I went in to get my phone fixed and waited 2 hours for them to tell me "Yeah it's broken." Okay...so what next? "You have to order a new one" okay can I do it here? "Yeah it will be here Friday." I can't just get another one now? No we don't do in store replacements. So Friday comes and I go in to pick it up...they tell me it has been order and not yet shipped from the warehouse, then they have the nerve to tell me we'll call you when it comes in...HELLO?!?!? my phone is broken and can't turn on! How are you gonna call me??? Before leaving I made a comment of how much I'm paying for service, the least the company could do is have over night shipping or something less than a week! Don't waste your time here! seriously!!! Employees here are more focused on the the music playing in the store and last night score from the NBA!!
