  • This PSYCHO should not be allowed to run her own office for AmFam. Our rates were changing every single month which meant our monthly payments changed. Anytime you'd ask her why, she'd make up some stupid glorified "I don't know" answer. One month, she double charged me and that was when I was just done. Her daughter is the one who does all of the phone stuff and normally processes the payments. This agent is unorganized and doesn't care about you...only your money.
