Transferred my phones over to T-Mobile from AT&T three weeks ago. Saw a sales representative at the West Charleston location in Boca Park twice, she seemed to know what she was doing. Trusted her when she told me I couldn't insure my phones because they weren't T mobile devices, even though I was told otherwise. I questioned her about it three different times to be sure. Then I question another employee in the store. He also said you could not place insurance on phones that were not T mobile devices. I figured once I got the service I would call T-Mobile and call about the insurance. Who knew that there's a two week deadline on getting insurance on your phones that aren't T-Mobile. I called one week too late!!! 21 days after I transferred three phones over to T-Mobile I cannot get insurance on it. The representative on the phone was nice enough to give me a $25 credit though. That will help if I loose or damage one of those iPhones. I don't recommend that you trust what the sales reps are telling you, do your research make phone calls, then go with your gut. I went with my gut feeling and call T-Mobile right away after phones transferred over but I didn't and it's a little too late now. I hope no one else makes that same mistake.
