My friend made an appt for three to get a pedicure. She arrived checked in and sat down. Five minutes later she was told it would be 10 minutes. At 3:30 she went and asked about it since she had a 4pm for her eyebrows and they said "sorry we won't be able to get you in did you want to reschedule and do you want to keep the brow appt". Totally upset that she was allowed to sit for a half an hour and was just dismissed. She kept the brow appt but regrets it and won't be returning. A clients time is just as important as your business time.
