  • If I could give the service department zero stars I would. I recently purchased a car from Abc and was disappointed that almost immediately after driving it off the lot, there were problems with the brakes. I attempted several times to get the issues addressed at abc and was greeted with rude and inpatient service individuals who said they didn't have time for me. I was literally crying and so frustrated I wanted to return the car. They threatened to call the police. Thankfully, I found a dealership who offers 5 star customer service and was able to get my needs quickly addressed and found that the car was not properly greased. Stay away from this dealership if you want to be treated with respect.
