  • DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON!! Germaine is the rudest business owner I have ever met. I bought this Groupon after having a baby, for me and my partner because I don't feel comfortable going places like this alone. The earliest appointment was 6 months!!!! Nobody answers the phone.. EVER. When I get there, after getting a sitter for the 4hrs of time the package I purchased (facial/hand & foot scrub) for each of us $75 each, Germaine tells me I booked the wrong package online. I booked the Amazon facial/hand & foot scrub for 2, and she will be losing money if she worked on us both at the same time. Mind you, this was the only time I have gotten away from my kids to find out she will not work on us. She said financially it is not worth it to her to accept both of us, even though I paid for each of us to get the facial hand & foot scrub. When I asked what will it take or cost to have both of us in at the same time due to my fears of being alone, she pretty much said she didn't think I could afford it. RUDE RUDE RUDE. She said over and over in the most conniving manner how Groupon takes a cut of the package deal, so she is only making a certain percentage, if she feels that strongly she should remove her Groupon ad instead of making someone's first spa package attempt the worst experience of a lifetime. I feel that her goal is to hope people forget about their appointment and then she makes an easy "small percentage" from these bookings. You can't go back and cancel your Groupon and get a refund because by the time you discover this, it is to late. I wish I read the reviews before I ever booked this. The only decent thing she did was honor my Groupons past the expiration date, but do I really want to trust someone like her with my face? NO.
