I rented a car at Enterprise in Chandler AZ with the intention of driving it to CO. After getting on the highway, I noticed that the car pulled significantly to the right. I even called the store, and they suggested I come back to switch vehicles, but could not turn around and add an additional hour and a half to my already 7 hour trip.
This issue turned out to be pretty dangerous, especially driving on the ice. Having to constantly correct the vehicle is one thing, but having to correct it on black ice is dangerous.
It's not an issue of getting a dirty vehicle, or anything like that, but this was much more than that. I should be assured that I am getting a safe vehicle when I rent.
I returned the vehicle to an enterprise near the location I rented from in hopes to talk to someone about this issue (and I was upset) only to have the Customer Service Rep tell me he was "sorry to hear about the issue" and wanted to know "how my experience with everyone at Enterprise was".
