We bought a car from a private owner and it was not horribly dirty but it was yucky. Lots of dog hair and kid spills on the seats as well as a bunch of greasy crud on the steering wheel and the console buttons. We suspect the previous owner was an open window smoker too, so there was the slightest smell of smoke in the car. Scott and his partner did an amazing job of cleaning the car up, what they could not do they took they time to point out and explain the problem with the stain. The car looks as close to new as it can and they even did their best to fix a popped piece of upholstery in the back seat. One thing I thought was great was that they wanted me to point out things that bothered me in specific and then they addressed those things at the end of the cleaning. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get out of there at the end, they genuinely wanted to show me the car and how nice it looked.
I was also very satisfied with the customer service. We had originally scheduled for a day that got crazy for me and he was extremely understanding and great about rescheduling almost at the last minute. The work is definitely what I pay for up front but the very customer service oriented attitude makes him well worth the money. I would say if you spend the money you will not be dissatisfied.
