| - I didn't even get a chance to try this location. What's the point of even having the ability to schedule on the website and if you don't receive a call back!
I ended up finally calling myself and I soon as the representative got on the phone, she didn't sound happy. I went through the whole process of letting her know I schedule via the website and never received a call, she informed me doing it that way will not get me scheduled. How am I supposed to know that! If it's an option why can't I get scheduled?
After I scheduled the appointment, I guess she tried looking me up in the system since I am a massage envy member, I had informed her earlier that I usually go to the Scottsdale 101 location, she read back a wrong address for me and then placed me hold.
After a brief hold someone else picked up the phone, did not identify their self and proceeded to do the whole scheduling process again. I was immediately confused because I thought it was the original representative I was speaking to, I had already scheduled the appointment and the new person on the phone was basically giving me different information about my appointment which was told to me from the previous person I spoke with.
What turned me off was both of their tones. It was one thing for me to have to deal with one person who sounded like they had a problem, but the second person got on the phone I was just like, nope nevermind. If it sounds like reception is not happy to be there then I know I probably won't have a great experience. They're the first point of customer contact for crying out loud.
Maybe it's just me,.since I am used to going to the Scottsdale 101 location, the girls sound much happier over there, and I guess I wasn't expecting the attitude.
