  • I'm an attorney, but I don't handle many car accident cases, so when a family member asked me to handle his accident, I wasn't confident that I knew what I was doing. When it came to the property damage (vehicle) part of it, however, John at Scott's Coach Works was a gem to work with. My clients were thrilled with his customer service, and I was grateful for his generosity in taking the time to explain everything and make them (and me) know that their repair was being properly handled. He even gave me some pointers on dealing with a difficult insurance adjuster! My client reported to me that the work Scott's performed was first-class. I highly recommend Scott's to anyone in need of body work on a luxury vehicle (although I'm certain they perform the same quality work on any kind of vehicle.)
