  • This is a franchise coffee place so I'm not expecting much. I'm gonna rate it on an overall scale where I'm comparing it to other coffee shops like tims or Starbucks. I got a hot chocolate and it was very watered down and disappointing. I also ordered a brownie and it was heated up so that was nice. The staff are welcoming and very polite when taking orders. You can stay there for as long as you want and the wifi works perfectly. Good for small group meetings from Loyola.
