  • The plastic part under my car was partially torn off. They said that I should take off the whole part and not replace. They also said that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. After having them replace my brakes, I ran over my wheel well because they didn't secure anything. I pulled over and brought it back to them, and they said they secured it with zip ties. Now my car sounds very loud while driving.
