  • So we're just leaving this place My husband has a box full of ps1, super nintendo, nintendo games. The first thing this woman did was point out the condition of one of the full sets he had, and she had said it's not even in good condition (similar fairly better condition selling on ebay for 250...which she misread to think was factory sealed but was not if she even took the time to learn to read) and she must not know anything about box conditions because I have a barbie collection at home worth tens of thousands and barbies are all about box condition. we are people who know value of items, but also know that stores like these must turn a profit. However, because I made it clear that we are not an average Joe seeking quick cash and actually know the conditions and values...they declined to even value the games at all...obviously they don't know how to even run a business yet and learn how to actually work with your customers. Don't waste your time with this place if you actually know your stuff Nonetheless, the woman had an attitude and tone which is the only reason I did with her as well. ..Bad bad bad They are the kind of store who pay 5-10% of value and Jack up prices for their poor customers. You should think about hiring new employees who know customer service and appraisals We will be spreading the word to our gamers community about your store...hope you find the right way to run it soon! Such a shame
