  • Terrible customer service. Don't go! Had an awful experience tonight at JC PENNY in Superstition Springs mall when I bought something and then needed another plastic shopping bag to hide my wife's present. The older lady behind the counter said "No, you have to purchase something else." That was cold because I had dropped over $100.00.
