  • I regret asking for a room with a golf course view because any other room in this hotel would have had a better one with the exception of the two floors below me. I was on a tight timeline so I went with it. I had one night to try and get a good night sleep however a tractor beneath my window decided to crank up and do laps in front of my room at 4 a.m. On a Sunday at a decibel level that no one could sleep through. I asked the front desk (Robert) to have the manager contact me and see if they'd restore my points for this waste of a stay and no one bothered to return my email or call. Very disappointed that I've had to be the one following up. Not like a Hilton chain. Very disappointed.
