I am pissed because my appointment was at 7.10pm and the "genius" didn't get to me until 7.35pm. I don't like crowded places and waiting surrounded by people with an iPad in one hand and a Mac book in another seems kinda nightmareish...
Anyway, all I had to do was exchange by headphones and it took him a looong time to find a pair. Then when he did, it turned out they weren't the ones I can use for talky talky. Another 40 min later I was done. 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!
BUT I do like this Apple Store better than the one at Eaton Center - it's less crowded and the staff are nicer. When my phone broke they did everything super fast and efficient, and didn't even bother trying to fix it, just gave me a new one. I'm ok with that! Plus the dude who served me was super cute :)
Obviously if you want apple products, you would probably go here because people can actually show you how to use them. I find that a lot of the staff are patient with the less technologically-inclined crowd.
