  • I went to this location today just to browse, as I am a moderate - expert spender at Vicky's...I had armed with me two gift cards (one accumulated through Angels card purchases & other from the secret rewards) so I was only planning to buy something within that price range - even if I truly didn't need it. However, once I walked in, I was greeted by Jessica (later found out she was store manager) and she was helpful - not pushy- but truly helpful in directing me towards a bra that I forgot I wanted from seeing the catalogue. I asked her if I could exchange a lip gloss that I didn't like - (lip plumper which would go on colorless then gradually turn my lips to hot pink hue!) for another one that was labeled "crystal clear"? Even though I had already used it and didn't think I could return it - she made sure to make me feel comfortable and ok'ed it. She understood what I was griping about and was more than empathetic. I've visited many VS around Las Vegas, but this one trip made a good lasting impression on me - as others (Town Square) were not as apt to help in a return. Gees.... Anyway, I know I'll make future purchases at VS, so I'll return there to see Jessica for my purchases, even though it is a bit out of way drive from my house.
