  • Update: as soon as review was posted business called to talk trash. Made threats. Response to owner: 3rd party? Did I not place the call? Did I not say it was another person's car? Did I not say I'd be putting it on MY card? "Huge mistake"? Pretty sure I was standing next to the other person when he called you back to confirm vehicle and key type. Called another shop. Did it for less than your initial quote. They said you must be inexperienced if this type of car was an issue. They didn't threaten me if I write a negative review either. Locked out of car. When I called I explained location, that we needed a chipped key, type of car,etc... Was told 90 minutes. Called back to confirm he had the right kind of key. Again told yes and fee would be $180. 3 hours later he shows up and says he doesn't have the right key. Says 2 days to order and $250. Still tried to get a fee for a service call. Uhhh no, you made me waste 3 hours for nothing.
