  • I absolutely Love, Love, Love how my life and health has changed for the better, and it's all because of Marti at Personalized Nutrition Concepts. I am currently still on her program, and her knowledge and expertise has helped me lose the weight and body fat that I need to regain my confidence. Marti is wonderful as she does a thorough assessment before you begin her program, so she can address all needs. During the program, Marti sends you health topics, so you can be informed of why you are eating the types of foods you are as well as what they do for your body. I have always had a sweet tooth, and I can honestly say that my cravings have decreased tremendously. I am down 20lbs and have lost over 20%of my body fat. Marti is real passionate when it comes to helping others get to their goal weight, and I am so thankful that I found her! I highly recommend Personalized Nutrition Concepts.
